Pony Club - The first step to equestrian sucess
For the third year in a row NZPCA have been given the opportunity to bring our top Show Jumpers to centre stage at HOY and show the rest of New Zealand where many of our Olympic riders began their equestrian careers. – Their local Pony Club.

What is Pony Club and what can it offer you or your child?

Pony Club is the largest organization of equestrian riders in the world.

The New Zealand Pony Club, with over eight thousand members, provides training in riding, Horse Management and Horse Welfare.

Riders are encouraged from a young age to enjoy their Pony Club experience by combining fun activities with opportunities to experience coaching and competition in Dressage, Mounted Games, Eventing and Show Jumping, while also enjoying social interaction and a healthy outdoor activity.

Internationally, New Zealand Pony Club is the current holder of the Inter-Pacific Nations Show Jumping  Cup, defeating teams from USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan.

In July this year, a team will travel to Hong Kong to defend their title.
