Mounted Games
Mounted Games are performed at top speed, with riders vaulting on, and jumping off ponies at canter, leaning right off the pony to pick up items, and performing handovers of equipment at speeds that have been recoreded as high as 78 km per hour. Listed as an extreme sport, mounted games demands advanced skills, as well as high levels of horsemanship, coordination, fitness and courage.
Follow the music or colourful, fast and ation packed entertainment full of thrills and spills at the Mounted Games arena near Kenilworth Road from Wednesday to Sunday, especially for the nail-biting finals on Sunday morning.
There are seven classes representing both the Individual and Teams Competitions. This is a must see event for show attendees.
