Certificate of Capability is a new certificate that is required for Horse of the Year. This will replace you having to produce proof that you have won a Champion, Reserve or First Prize for the respective class(s) you are entering. 

You will need to get this Certificate of Capability  filled in at any show(s) that you compete  prior to the HoY and send it into HoY with your entries.  Entries in respective class(s) will not be accepted without this.
